If your home or business is within the Meralco service area and you're not currently on a special electricity program like net metering, time-of-use pricing, or K-Load, you're eligible to apply.

The person named on the Meralco bill needs to be the one who applies. If it's a family member or your landlord, you can endorse them to us and we'll take care of coordinating the switch on everyone's behalf.

Submeters are billed by your landlord or building, not directly by Meralco, so this program applies to the main meter, not yours. But no worries! You can refer us to your landlord or building owner. If they switch their main meter, the savings can be passed down to you too.

Yes! As long as the address on your bill is within the community you're joining, and you're not currently enrolled in any special electricity programs like net metering or time-of-use pricing. Even if you have solar panels, you can still join, as long as you're not on net metering.
